A very warm welcome to the dreamy Alpine village of Niederthai. Enjoy the rural calm and the friendly atmosphere in Guesthouse STAFF. From here, you’ll have a breathtaking view of the Ötztal peak, the idyllic meadows and untouched woodland.
Our four lovingly furnished apartments can be booked from December to Easter in winter and from June to October in summer.

Our house in Niederthai provides an ideal location for summer or winter holidays: right at the heart of the village and just a few metres away from the ski pistes. Everything is easy to reach on foot – from comfortable restaurants to the start of a cross-country run.
